I can relate better to couples now about their wedding planning highs and woes, now as I prepare for my own wedding. So much thought goes into it when you see what wonderful things others have done, and the more features you see on the Internet. My bride, like many, is hooked on Pinterest while I, like many grooms, wonder how much impact these things will have on our budget. ;)

But then comes a wedding that reminded us both of an important truth: a wedding, though the most special day of one's life, does not necessarily have to be a spectacle of an event. It's a beautiful and solemn ritual that brings a man and a woman together making them, their lives, and their families one. And that's all you need, everything else are cherries on the wonderful slice of the rest of your life.

Migo and Monica's wedding was just that: solemn and beautiful. Surrounded by family, blanketed with love, filled with so much joy, and sealed with a vow.
